How We Work

PHASE I

Initial In-Home consultation:

The first step in any renovation process is to become acquainted and comfortable with our company. Whether it is during our initial phone conversation or a scheduled in-home consultation, we feel these steps are the most important time we spend with you.

We consider it a privilege to discuss with you the benefits of each product application or design construction concept. To better help us understand how we will work together, we ask that you prepare questions, concerns, needs and examples of how we will bring your project to life. We will gather information from this initial in-home meeting to discover your lifestyle, taste and preferences. At the conclusion of this meeting, we will be able to provide design build direction, as well as, be able to help establish your project’s budget parameters.

PHASE II

Let’s Move Forward!
This step moves us forward to the all-important development stage. We will now commit our time, talents and resources to work for you with agreed upon direction. At your preference we will present CAD design documentations including; a scaled detailed floor plan, elevation drawings, perspectives drawings and a detailed project specification agreement. This very detailed information can be helpful in selecting a true partner for your project. Based upon the complexity of your project an agreed upon development fee will apply which is fully credited toward your initial contract. If for some reason you have chosen not to proceed further with our company, this fee will compensate our time and materials expended on your behalf.

PHASE III

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for allowing us to serve you thus far.
Upon your approval of the plans, drawings and contractual documents with our company;
we are now prepared to begin implementing your project. The contract will include
product agreement, installation and labor warranties. The contract will also cover a
payment schedule, with any credits applicable towards initial deposit.
